  Sites are small. Manager is rude. Very old park = small site sizes and Expensive prices because of the "location". Cabins need updating for their prices. The location is the best part about the park, but with the hussle and bussle and small tight spaces, there are other places that are better value for $$..The assistant manger, Nick is fantastic, he can communicate with all sorts of people.(He should be The Manager) Harvey is a Gem, with a heart of gold. Rachel is sweet and lovely. Fred is always happy and singing.
  The current Manager Kayleen is rude and spiteful. She has problems with everyone who does not do as she wants/doesn't agree with her or stays too long for her liking. We had problems daily with her. We kept to ourselves with our children and wanted to be left alone from her nastiness. Alot of People come to be on holiday, and not to have nasty attitude and words directed at them for their fees pd. We were not the only ones who got regularly bothered from her. (We paid $500pw and she spoke to us with hate.) She said to us, "She is the manager and she wants us out" Then when we left she said "we are never allowed to come back" We enjoyed the park when the manager was not on duty or hiding in her house (on duty). And when you did want to find her, she was nowhere to be found or had gone out of the park for an hr or 2. From a customer point of view, that can be very frustrating when needing to get bikes out the shed (otherwise they get stolen while in Perth Central) or another urgent matter requiring her attention. No one knows where she is. Don't stay at Central while Kayleen works there. She is very 2faced.
  BUT In the spoken words of the Owner "I do not want permaments and do not want families to stay"
  ***WARNING***
  Don't leave valuables out.. They will not warn you when you check in, but they have no cameras that cover the park and its guests, only the office and managers house/yard. And....The thieves are local. Bikes get stolen. Anything not chained down can get stolen. BUT the thieves have bolt cutters and it's not the parks problem if anything is stolen.. They just don't care.

  Another great caravan park lovely sites very clean amenities and facilities are also kept clean and tidy

  A great stay at this gem of a park. Clear that the staff care about this place and its customers. Camp kitchen and amenities was excellent. And you get to rock out to some country music as you go about your business! Highly recommend.

  Friendly helpful staff, very close to airport and cycle paths on the Swan River We were able to lock our exspensive bicycles away and access them early in the mornings. We felt quite safe there compared to other metro campsites

  Really good location to the city and the guts a girls that work there could not do enough for me. Great facilities too. Camp kitchen was good and great place to meet people in the park.
